Currently in SimplyReports you can filter patron reports by non-blocking notes, blocking notes, free text blocks, etc., but there is no option to filter by Patron Alert Notes. Right now the only way to pull a list of patron accounts with Alert Notes is through an SQL search in the Find Tool.
