1. please provide a category OR monthly email of new ideas posted to Idea Exchange

   Please allow IUG members to register for an automated email that lists "new ideas" in Idea Exchange. Failing that, could a new category be added called "new ideas" that would list all new ideas in the last 30 days or 60 days? The lists should link directly to the new ideas.

   This is not currently a feature of the platform used for Idea Exchange and cannot be developed by Clarivate.

2. homebound rating

   Part of the homebound module is to add ratings to checked in items for the patron.
   The rating data for the Homebound module is not kept in the Sierra SQL database, but rather in a separate log which is used to create the Homebound Patron Report so it cannot be accessed through Sierra Direct SQL Access. It would be nice if the ratings were more accessible in the SQL tables. Thanks.

   In accordance with the Idea Graduation Workflow guidelines agreed upon by Innovative and IUG, this idea has been closed because it was submitted more than two years ago and has not been selected for inclusion in the product.

3. Allow an option for patrons to choose a different default pickup location in Encore instead of it defaulting to the patron's home library.

   Currently, when a patron is logged into their Encore account and they place a request, the system will default to their home library for the pickup location. If they want to pick up somewhere else, they have to manually choose that option from the dropdown menu.

   We want to keep the home library field limited to physical library locations, but allow for alternative pickup options that aren't specifically a home library (community pickup location, or hold lockers, etc). Right now, if you want to pick up somewhere other than your home library, you have to choose from a dropdown option. It is tiresome to have to change this dropdown every time you make a request, especially if you're requesting a large number of items at one time.
