Auto-scroll for carousels on home page
Provide the option to turn on some form of autoplay/autoscroll for carousels on the Vega homepage.
This would be helpful to enable at least for the hero carousels to allow for more exposure to slides after the first.

We discussed this with our UX team during the development of the hero carousel. Best practices for accessibility is for the hero to not auto-scroll. You will see dots under the hero to indicate the number of images.
- Screen reader users may not be aware of the rotation.
- People using keyboard navigation and voice input software need to be able to navigate between individual items.
- People need different times to read the hero content.
- People who are distracted by movement choose when the hero moves.
