We have certain collections set to not be eligible for holds in Sierra. Vega still allows patrons to attempt to place these items on hold, but we have gotten some complaints that the error message is not very clear. Currently, this message says "No items requestable. Request denied." It would be great if this text could be added to the translation file, so that we can customize it.
