Allow Message to Borrower in Sierra to display in Patron's Vega Account
This is available in WebPAC and Encore and is the core feature of the message to borrower field in Sierra. Please make this functionality available in Vega, otherwise the point of the message to borrower field is moot.

We have relied on this feature in both webpac and Encore for a number of use cases and its absence in Vega is very much noticed.
