Make hold statuses translatable
The wording for each hold status comes from the ILS API. I want to make it look nicer to our patrons but those strings are not available in the language translations page.

The current Sierra API status descriptions aren't consistent in their punctuation, capitalization, or phrasing. Besides fixing that, adding them to the translation file would let libraries customize things to their local norms/preferences and be consistent across platforms.

There are a series of translatable hold statuses on the page, but they appear NOT to be the ones used on the holds section or item pages in the catalog. So alternatively, use these for holds instead of the language it is currently pulling from:
Circ_HoldStatus_HoldPlaced
Circ_HoldStatus_InTransit
Circ_HoldStatus_ReadyForPickup
Circ_HoldStatus_Suspended
