Vega Discover currently displays a single Series Statement at the top of a roll-up, even when there are multiple editions attached. This is generally fine for an actual series (e.g. Chronicles of Narnia), but it very confusing when it's a publisher-based Series Statement (e.g. Norton Anthology Edition, DK Classics, Penguin Readers, etc.). In that case, the information is incorrect when other editions are included in the roll-up, which is often the case in those situations. For a foreign title, this is even more of an issue, where a patron might be looking for a particular translation from a specific publisher (which often lines up with the publisher Series Statement).

To resolve this, we would like to see a new option in Vega Discover that allows us to hide the Series Statement entirely. Since Vega always includes the Syndetics information, where actual Series details are found, I don't think this would cause any serious issues for actual series.
