Cancelling a Patron Room Booking AFTER the Booking Date
If a patron does not show up for their room booking and we do not cancel the booking on the day that it happens, (staff gets distracted or forget) no one has the ability to cancel that room booking the next day. The only option we have is to make a staff note in the room booking.
We also created a custom question to get attendance stats of these room bookings, so we cannot change that figure now either which will impact our stats if we aren't careful.
Please allow ADMIN to make changes to patron room bookings after the date of the booking.
