Some library programs include contests that are added to the events calendar (short story & card design contests, themed newsletter programs, displays, etc.). These events are required to have set hours.

Staff are are approximating "All Day" with a time range of 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM, but it would be less clunky to have an All Day option.
