Due Soon vs. Due Today
Patrons suggests that on the day their book is actually due, the app should reflect "item due now" rather than "due soon" as it is misleading.

Ability to sort/filter by material or item type in "Checkouts".
After completing the API integration for OverDrive titles, it is difficult for users to look through their checkouts to determine which ones are physical items and which ones are digital. An option to sort or filter by material or item type would correct this problem.

Repeatable Curbside Pickup Notification
When a patron arrives for a curbside pickup there is an audible notification that sounds on the circulation computer. This is often not heard due to other noise in the area. An option to set this notification to repeat until acknowledged would be very helpful so that patrons are not missed when they come for pickup.

Enable Push Notifications, Features Solus Already Offers
The III Mobile app, which is based on the Solus Library App, should offer push notifications (they are listed in the administrative portal) as well as other new features Solus provides, including the Reading Tracker. Library patrons expect notifications (standard with almost any other app), which were available in MyLibrary! and were promised as part of the upsell to III Mobile.

Translate Search Filter Dropdown Options in Innovative Mobile
Request: Could the filter options in Innovative Mobile, which are populated from Vega, include the other language translations which are included in Vega?
Description: When you search for an item in Innovative Mobile, the top filtering option for each field is set to the current language of the application, however the other options for each filter are not set to the current language of the application. From what I have been made aware of, these separate filtering options are populated from Vega, which includes other languages, however those separate language translations are not populated in Innovative Mobile. I have attached…

Host Innovative Mobile App on Amazon AppStore
Host Innovative Mobile App on Amazon AppStore as well as Google Play and Apple Store. Patrons often have Amazon Kindles for e-reading so it makes sense for them to use our library apps on them as well.

Automatically list newest titles at top of search results.
Often, when searching for the exact title, it becomes buried under seemingly unrelated titles. While the filter system works, often, patrons are looking for the newest title when they search.

More filtering options
Offer more filtering options when doing a search in the mobile app. It would be helpful to include a filter for children's, young adult, or adult materials as well as language filtering.

Allow the option for libraries within the Title Details section to be in alphabetical order rather than by location
After the 2023.1 upgrade libraries are going to be listed in order by location. It will be much easier to find a library you're looking for if they're in alphabetical order, so we should have the option of having it work that way rather than it being fixed at being in order by location.

List reading/checkout history as an option under Profile
On behalf of Riverside County Library: List reading/checkout history as a bullet point under Profile (along with holds, fines, linked accounts, etc.). If patrons don't currently have items checked out, they don't think to look under Checkouts for their reading history.

Enable MARC 856 external links
When an item is available online in open source full text, we'd like them to be able to have access to it via the catalog record.

Korean Language Support
I would like to request a Korean translation of the app. We have a decent sized Korean population in our service area who would appreciate it.

Make "available only" default be optional and not the default
In the updated version of the app, when there are some holdings available and some not available, the default display is to show "available only" which the patron then has to 'turn off' to see other libraries that own something. We would like the default display to be all holdings, regardless of availability, and the "available only" filter to be an optional filter that they can select. Or, if not everyone agrees on this, we would like the option then to at least choose our own default display option for holdings.

Add Language Translations to the Description Text Field on a Channel
Request: Add the Language Translation Options/Flag to the Description Text field under the Mobile Channel Settings tab for a selected Channel.
Description: Since this flag indicating language translation options is missing for this field, we are showing multiple languages at the same time for a field which is already longer than other fields as it is a description text field. This could turn 3-5 sentences of a description into 6-10 sentences or 9-15 sentences on one channel depending on if we want to show 2 or 3 languages for this field. Having the option to display a different language for…

Suppress formats with no results
It would be helpful if the format list in the app would adjust based on holdings and suppress any formats for which there are no holdings. For example, we have no globes cataloged in our system, so we would like globe to never show up as a format option, since we don't have any. It just clutters up the format list if the ones for which there are no holdings are also included.

Scan Book - no results - return page
If we scan an ISBN, and it's not found, the app should return users to the Scan Book landing page. It currently returns users to the main landing page.

Add Most Popular Sort for search results
It would be nice to be able to sort by "Most popular" after running a search.
7 votesThe default sort is relevance based on hits in key indexes on the search terms. It would be a confusing experience for the end user if their search results were automatically sorted by 'most popular' by default. A post search sort for 'most popular' however would make sense and can be explored.
