Tags, folders, something to keep the images organized would be ideal. Sometimes there will be different versions/sizes of a particular image, and it's not always easy to determine from first glance which one it is.

Now that I am adding more image uploads, I feel like I'm scrolling for a while to find the latest uploads. Even just having the option to sort newest to oldest would be nice, but more specific tags/organization would be event better! This would help with keeping things organized for segmentation purposes as well.
