Renew Items for patrons
Vega Mobile Worklists users would like to be able to renew materials for patrons using the mobile app
Job Stories:
As a Mobile Worklists staff user, I can scan or enter a patron barcode and view that patron's checked out items.
As a Mobile Worklists staff user, I can select checked out items from a patron's account and renew those items.
