   The majority of our libraries have at least two branches, and the current permission options (all or a single branch) do not work for us. More granular permission options in LX Starter is critical for making this tool function for consortia.

   Commenting again on this one. We've been told this can't be submitted as a bug, but it definitely seems like one! Staff with permissions to view authority records shouldn't receive a block when attempting to view one in Leap.

   We're also running into this. Like Eleanor said, there are already separate permissions for viewing vs modifying authority records, but Polaris is now displaying an override block to patrons who have the view permission. This seemed to pop up with 7.3/7.4, when the ability to modify authority records was moved to Leap. I also agree with Eleanor that this issue seems more like a bug to me, since staff with the view permission were previously able to view authority records with no issue.
