    I would love to be able to see the history of an ILL/InnReach request, yes! In fact, the history of these requests is sometimes more important than our own holds, if only to see if the patron themselves or a librarian placed the request.

    Agree with Lynn. We also use a UDF for this as well as another UDF to track school enrollment - it's worked well for us (in fact, we have yet to use all 5 UDFs).

    We are on 7.7 and the patron summary (when you hover/click on the "i" icon) displays the first UDF (both its name and contents) at the bottom. Not sure if this is a newer feature but maybe it would help?
