   Hope to see both item & INN-Reach paging lists introduced in Mobile Worklists soon. While it's true the majority of our patron requests are title level holds, we want to be able to take full advantage of the app when it comes to pulling requested items of any type/origin.

    This would be a nice change. I've worked with Unique for 25 years now & as much as their process has continued to change to make things even easier on patrons, there's still a benefit to softening the language a bit. Where I can, I've changed the language as much as possible from "collection agency" to "materials recovery partner."
