We have also received requests for other ways to sort holds, including by the "pickup by" date. We are also getting lots of feedback saying that patrons want to be able to see more at-a-glance on the holds screen without having to scroll. The ability to condense the information into fewer lines and turn off images would be appreciated.

We receive requests to be able to print and/or export lists and showcases from both patrons and staff regularly!

Since going live with Vega, we have had a number of complaints about the inability to print lists of items. As others mention, patrons would like to be able to print their checkouts, holds, reading history, etc. Patrons and staff would also find it useful to be able to print out showcase lists. Ideally, such lists would print in a condensed, textual list, including title, author and call number.

We would like to see this as well. We have a couple of collections that are not holdable, but do circulate and it is confusing and potentially frustrating for a patron to see a Place Hold button and then get an error message.
A related issue exists for items that can only be held at their owning location. Vega displays all pickup locations in the drop-down list when the hold is being placed. If a patron chooses a location where the hold cannot be picked up, the hold isn't successful but there is no indication or messaging to say that this is the case or why.

The display is not very friendly as it is, particularly if you have 2 links associated with one resource. Ideally, the $z text should display. If two links are present, it would be great if there was some space between them.
