If the number of copies can't be displayed correctly, it should just not be displayed at all so it is less confusing.

I believe Vega accounts are tied to the pnumber. I tried to transfer one of my staff cards that had been used to create showcases early on by swapping out the barcode and it didn't work since the content was tied to the pnumber, not the barcode - which is good for the reasons noted in these comments!
I just tested this (in case I was remembering this wrong). I added a new barcode to an existing patron record. When I signed in to vega with the new barcode, I had access to previously created lists and still had showcase permissions.

It is difficult to get staff on board to use Booklists and Showcases in Vega without the ability to view and print the lists in a way that they can work with.
Lists need to include item details - ie. call number.
Lists need to be printable (ideally in a printer-friendly format)
You should be able to limit (and sort) your list before printing by item status and location.
You should be able to place holds from the list as well.Use case - staff create a Showcase that will be used system-wide. Staff at each location should be able to use that showcase to easily generate a list of items included in that showcase that are available at their branch and find them to make a display.

Being able to see the original checkout date along with the current due date is ideal. When an item was renewed is less important. If patrons are questioning whether or not they borrowed an item, having the checkout date reflect a renewal date may lead to confusion. What they need to know is when they borrowed it and when it is due back.

I too would like to see the issue of too much scrolling addressed. I'm not sure that adjusting the zoom would be the best solution. I'd prefer to see a reduction in white space or some other design changes since changes to the zoom level affect the font size which could be an issue for accessibility.
Complaints about the amount of scrolling and the inability to see enough information at a glance are the most common complaints we get from users.

We've found that the display is confusing when a series includes multiple volumes on one BIB. The cover art will display for whichever ISBN is first in the record and that, along with the greyed out series display makes patrons think we don't have some volumes when they are grouped on one bib. We've been working to separate some of these but for some series with many volumes, it isn't a priority to create individual BIBs. It would be great if Vega would recognize all of the ISBNs included in the record.
Ideally, it would be nice to be able to present volume information on the rollup somehow without relying on the user to expand the editions information.

We recently had an unforseen branch closure. In the past, we would edit the pickup location name to say TEMP CLOSED or something like that to alert patrons as they were placing holds. Changing the pickup location label in the ILS did not affect the display in Vega. It is nice that you can easiliy suppress a location from the pickup list in Vega; however, we thought in this case (last minute closure that we weren't sure how long it would last) it would be more confusing for the location to not appear. We would like to be able to edit the pickup location name that displays in this circumstance.
