We'd also love to see the ability to customize the colour of announcements or at least to have more colours to choose from. When replacing 1 notice style announcement with another, I worry that people will assume it is the same information and not read it. It would be nice to be able to change the colour, without using the "urgent" colour option, to make it clear that something is new.

Allow multiple announcements to be posted, with arrows to toggle through and the ability to set the order in which they appear.
On our website, we are able to add multiple "alert" messages at the top of the page. This is helpful when there are a few important things happening at once. For example, we currently have a branch with limited service due to renovation that we've added an announcement for. If we also have a service disruption at another location, or a holiday closure, it would be nice to be able to add alerts for those as well.
We'd like the ability to set the order in which these appear and have arrows appear to indicate that there is more content to be viewed.

Once an email address has Hard Bounced, there is no way to unblock it and continue sending notices by email. We have had an example where a patron's email address Hard Bounced, preventing further notices from being sent to it. We have since confirmed that the email address is valid and can receive email but there is no way for us to unblock the address in LX Starter to try to resume sending email notices to the patron.
We have tried putting in a new email address and then re-adding the email address that previously bounced and LX Starter still blocks this as a Hard Bounced email address.
We would like to see an option to unblock an email address in the event that some technical issue causes a bounce and is later resolved. We don't want to have to tell patrons that they will need to give us a new/different email address in order to receive email.
Thanks for considering this!

We would find this information very useful! Hold information should include the stat group that placed the hold. When troubleshooting unexpected holds, this would be very useful. Sometimes it's not clear whether there is a loan rule problem that we need to address or if staff are placing holds incorrectly and overriding rules. We do consult the circ_trans table on occasion to figure out how a hold was placed but it would be useful to see this data more readily.

Notice templates would be easier to navigate if you could hide unused templates or at least reorganize the list to put the most important ones at the top.

We would love to have the ability to turn off the rating sheets by default. We use the Homebound module for our Visiting Library service. Staff select titles to hold, checkout and deliver to homebound patrons in monthly truck deliveries. The ability to exclude items previously borrowed is invaluable for this process; however, we do not make use of the patron rating sheets. Instead, we use saved preferred searches and notes on patron records to keep track of patron preferences and feedback. Having to click to not print the ratings sheets slows down the process greatly when staff are circulating batches of books for these patrons.
Our patrons do not want to fill out individual rating sheets and staff would not really have time to review rating sheets for individual titles anyway. We would very much appreciate being able to turn off the rating sheets by default and not prompt at all for printing.

It would be great to be able to manually resend with the new email address once you made an update. Often notices that Fail have minor but obvious typos in the email address and these can be fixed when you notice them in the activity log, but right now, that doesn't help get the current notice to the patron.

We reported this a while back and would like to see it fixed as well. It seems to be linked to having your display set to 150% or more.
From Vega Known Issues: Paging through search results with display zoomed to 150%
When a user zooms display of Vega to 150% in Chrome or Edge, scrolls to the bottom of the search results page, and clicks Next, the browser lands at the bottom of the next page of results.
In Firefox, the display lands at the top of the next search results page.
