Our Kiosk settings in Vega Discover are pretty much useless until we can assign eResources to them. In our case, it is primarily Overdrive.

Hi Samantha, Our idea came out of staff and public complaints early in our Vega deployment. As you show, the place in the queue is there. I wonder if the request then is more accurate to say that the interface/labeling isn't clear. It shows both the queue number and the status together. I think people tend to skip over the number and just notice the status. So if they see "1-Waiting" they just focus on the word "Waiting". Could there be a separate column that is just "Hold Status" instead of combining them?
