We would be interested in an additional notice type for hold pickups to help increase our pickup rates. We understand that patrons sometimes forget to pick up their holds, and we believe this courtesy reminder could significantly improve patron service while also saving the library time and resources.

Following up on my previous comment! Increasing our pickup rates remains a major priority, and we’d still really love to see this notice type added.
From a day-to-day logistics standpoint, this would save our staff a ton of time and resources. Life gets busy, and patrons simply forget. A hold pickup reminder gives them that extra push to pick up their items—or cancel them early if they don't need them anymore.
Reducing the number of holds that expire on the shelf means less staff time spent pulling, clearing, and reshelving expired items. It keeps our hold shelves rotating, improves patron service, and gets books into the next person's hands much faster.
Really hoping this makes it onto the roadmap soon!
