Please allow us to enter dates to schedule an announcement post to go up on a certain date and also allow us to enter an unpublishing date to have it drop off. This is a must when a library needs to use time-sensitive announcements, including planned facility issues or any number of these.

Yes, an index for searching is important and would allow call number searching to work much better

Yes. Regardless of the browser/kiosk mode/incognito options that individual libraries use, all have the same need that cookies and the cache are not saving between patrons. The messaging from the Vega team has stated this is a one click & done situation, but in the reality it's not. It appears for us every time. Staff end up walking around to all OPACs clicking this all the time. It's a true hassle.

agree that multiple paths & customizable age level would be important here. We do this through reports/bulk changes currently to move patrons from Children to Teen & Teen to Adult. Having these accurate is important for reporting.

Clearly this is a critical priority to all libraries as evident by the massive amount of responses over the last two days.
I previously voted on this many many months ago. I'm adding this comment now because I think it's important to note that this is not an enhancement request and it shouldn't be treated as such. This is a flaw in the system and should be treated like a bug request. The "idea" has been under review for 8 months now. I believe many of us would appreciate more communication on what is being done about this bug.
Email notices are a primary function of the ILS. LX Starter was implemented without the ability for us to remove emails from the suppression list, resulting in patrons unable to receive any notices from us. I have personally spoke with patrons who the system says they marked it as spam, and they insist they never did-- leading me to believe some email providers have filtered these as spam. So for some patrons, due to no fault of their own, are unable to receive any notices without needing to create a whole new email just for library notices-- that's not a reasonable request to ask of patrons.
I urge the Innovative team to please address this ASAP.
