Our Children's department staff use the larger image all the time to help kids searching for titles in the stacks to be able to show them what they are looking for. In Polaris, we modified the browse display to add a link just below the small image that when clicked on would popup the larger image in a popup window. Would love to have something like that available in Vega.

Yes, this would be a nice feature to be able to customize the way our patrons want it.

This would really help with issues where two authors have a common name. John Brown brings up information about the abolitionist, but the titles listed on the author page are by other John Browns.

Agree that clicking on the author name should return a search result for that author's works. For some authors with common names you may get a mix of titles by very different authors as this screenshot shows.

We have a home-grown version of this as well that sends patrons emails for new titles by favorite authors and we need to rebuild the code to link emails back to Vega instead of Polaris so would love to have this as part of Vega.

Being able to print titles that appear online should be a standard function. It should be easy to add a print button with a print stylesheet that makes it print titles compactly.

Additionally, when setting the date, it is in DD/MM/YYYY order which can be confusing to patrons in the United States who are used to MM/DD/YYYY order. Allowing libraries to be able to set the order for dates would be ideal.
