We recently migrated ILS (Sierra > Polaris) and moved to Vega Discover Premium.
A patron reached out to us because they were able to locate DVD/Bluray records that had subtitles when we had the Sierra WebPAC, but it does not seem to be available in Vega Discover Premium.
I was able to use the advanced search for video recordings for the subject: hearing impaired the in the Polaris PowerPAC, though we're trying to keep our patrons in one catalog.

Agree. We just migrated to Polaris and Vega Discover. Some of our patrons had previously used usernames in Sierra, and those transferred with the data.
Since staff are not able to see or modify those usernames in Polaris Leap (only a few have access to the client: primarily Tech Services and SysAdmin), our frontline staff can't provide support. Patrons would need to use the Polaris PAC to create/modify their usernames.
We aren't planning to use the PAC at this time and haven't setup any of the branding/features.
I could provide a recent patron quote, if that would be helpful.

Another vote for access to edit the text on the Passcode Reset page.
We're trying to consistently use PIN instead of Passcode. I've adjusted all the iterations of Passcode that I can find in the Manage translations to use PIN within the blue quotes.
Unfortunately, I don't see the Passcode reset screen's text in the list. Is it possible to apply our Manage Translations file to this page?

Our Capira app offers this feature (new version), and our patrons seem to enjoy choosing their freeze dates. I would love to see it available in Vega Discover as well.

We use a 3rd party vendor, and when we go live (less than 2 weeks!), we will link to pay the fees through an in-library kiosk, the Vega catalog and our OCLC Capira Mobile app (no payments run directly with staff).
It would be incredibly helpful for our patron facing staff to see in Polaris how the patron paid.

Agree for being able to edit existing showcases (saved lists/searches) and transferring ownership.
Current scenario: We're preparing to go-live with Vega and Polaris (simultaneously). We only have four identified Vega Admin users: two staff and two staff/admin (expanding once we settle into Polaris). I'm the primary person who has been creating showcases under 'my' card and plan to use my 'department' card once we go live. The current showcases have my name as the creator (under my card), but I can't update the saved search for most of them. Whenever I've needed to update a saved search that doesn't appear in my 'update existing' list (3/12 show in this list), I've been unpublishing, deleting and recreating under my 'department' card (not my name as creator). -

We have many patrons who have been requesting easy access to the NYT bestsellers through the catalog. A homepage showcase would be excellent. Bonus points for providing the showcase embed code to also post to our library website!

I'm currently using Sierra with the regular webPAC, and we're in the very early days of migrating to Polaris with Vega Discover. I have 35 Create Lists that are relegated to a list on our WebPAC. I look forward to the browsable shelves after our migration, especially tying into using the Polaris records!
If we were only adding on Vega Discover to Sierra, I would definitely use this Create Lists > Showcase feature!

Patrons continue to experience difficulty closing the cookie bar. The X is difficult for many to see, and I'm seeing more websites with a larger button with text to Close or Manage, which provides stronger visibility to the closure option.
Could we get the option to show how the manage cookies box appears? E.g., banner popup at (bottom, top, slide-out), or embed it within the footer so it doesn't interfere with the website's functionality (offer custom code if we customize our footer)
