    This would be an incredibly helpful and considerate addition to Patron Profile, to have pronouns listed (not 'preferred' -- just pronouns) on the Patron profile. This will help our clerical staff be more welcoming and inclusive by giving them the opportunity to use correct pronouns when interacting with patrons.

    This is critical. We currently have items that go unclaimed at the hold shelf and the only way to mark them missing now is to log in to that branch, check the item in, and then manually mark as missing. This takes so much time and it would be much easier to have this option from the Action menu, or as an option in the Holds section on the Patron profile in leap. Please consider this!
