Make "Library Has" field manually editable.
When our library transitioned from Sierra to Polaris, our Sierra serial check-in cards could not be transitioned. We have several serials that go back decades. In order to make the "Library Has" field display correctly in Vega, I currently create a publication pattern that begins with the earliest issue. I can then either extrapolate check-in boxes and check in every single back issue (which is a huge pain in Leap, because issues can only be checked in one at a time), or I can skip to the most recent issue received after the transition. This works well in Vega, but not great in the PAC, because it looks like there's a large gap in our holdings. In Sierra, the Library Has field was a free text field that I could just add our holdings range to. It would be helpful if this was also an option in Leap, instead of the information just being automatically extrapolated from the issues that have been checked in in Leap.

I agree with this enhancement. One of the things we miss about Sierra (and, frankly, Horizon) is serials handling and the related display issues in the various OPACs. Polaris does not do a good job for sites that still have significant print periodical subscriptions.
