We have a customer here who is down on the Mobile Hotspot queue. I have noticed that several of the people above him on the queue currently have hot spots checked out already. It doesn't seem fair that those customers will get to have their hotspots potentially another three weeks before this other customer gets to borrow it. Can there be some sort of limit set to not allow for simultaneous holds and checkouts for Hotspots?
