Open potential duplicate bibs in Compare window

It would be helpful if the bib duplicate check popup had an option to open the records in a Compare window. Currently staff have to do a separate search for the potential duplicate records to be able to closely compare them and/or copy data from one to another, then redo the duplicate check to merge them.
