Home branch and Hold Limited to Pickup at are not part of 852/949 Embedded holdings field/MARC subfield mapping in import profiles, so we normally use the item template associated with the import profile to load the missing fields. We are using the Automatic MARC import via FTP (the equivalent of One-Click MARC) process linked to suppliers of which we can only have one per library since on the vendors side (Ingram, Midwest and Brodart) there is only one FTP directory per library which is linked to the supplier record. This means when we load records for multi-branch libraries, we can only set one home branch so the multi branch libraries have to go back and update the items that belong to the branch that is not in the template.
Also we can only choose one option either check or uncheck the box for Hold Limited to Pickup at so if a library would like to have the box checked for some of the items and not others, they have to go back to the items and check or uncheck the box after loading the records.

We like to request an enhancement to Include Home branch and Hold Limited to Pickup at as part of embedded holdings subfield mapping in 949 or 852 so they can be included in grids on the vendors side.
