Allow Scheduler to send a file of records to an email address
Allow Scheduler to send a file of records to an email address. At the moment it will only ftp a set of records, which is fine for some purposes but not for others.

Our library system does have some .bat scripts that work with SQL to send attachments to email but having this be a part of Scheduler would be much more inclusive to a greater number of Sierra libraries. This is the exact type of request, our consortia office hears a lot. Staff want reports being proactively sent to their inbox to help them manage various tasks that tie back to their specific workflows. Thanks for the idea!
