Add 440 to series indexing

We will not be indexing the 440 into series. This field has been obsolete since 2008. Please use a bulk modification of your records to move 440 data to a supported field like 490.

Samantha Cunning's suggestion to convert 440s to 490s won't work. At least at our library, 490s are not indexed in Sierra nor Classic Catalog. For this very reason, we have been converting 490s to 440s since 2008. Series are very popular at public libraries and we absolutely need them indexed across every platform.

This is really important! A lot of libraries, including NYPL, still have records that include the 440 field. Some records have multiple series, so they should all display, not just the first.

A LOT of our older records have series info in the 440 fields, so searches for older series info are missing records in Vega currently... we don't have time to update thousands of older records to 490/8xx so we need this indexed!
