Add Hold Position to Holds List
We are finding that our patrons rely on seeing where they are in the holds queue to make decisions about keeping a hold active and have gotten used to this feature in Polaris PowerPAC.

Hi Samantha,
At the time we submitted this request I don't think the feature was implemented. Now that it is, we would like it to be further refined as the display in the Innovative app--where the place in line is given as [x] out of [x], for example, 7 out of 9. I do like the incorporation of the status in the holds view. Hope this helps. Thanks! -

Hi Samantha, Our idea came out of staff and public complaints early in our Vega deployment. As you show, the place in the queue is there. I wonder if the request then is more accurate to say that the interface/labeling isn't clear. It shows both the queue number and the status together. I think people tend to skip over the number and just notice the status. So if they see "1-Waiting" they just focus on the word "Waiting". Could there be a separate column that is just "Hold Status" instead of combining them?

We do show the hold position in a patron's holds tab in Vega Discover. Can you clarify what you are asking for in this enhancement?

This is a feature currently in the PAC that customers really like and we would like to see implemented in Vega as a quality of life improvement.
