Clickable/Interactable Library Information within the refine menu
One of our member libraries mentioned this as a possible feature request for Vega Discover.
They stated, "A great would be if you can click the library name to display item availability if under the location drop down if you can also display the library address and phone number. This would make it easy to click the phone number to call the library to check on real time status of an item for patrons etc. Very useful for staff and patrons!
Let's also have the library address be a clickable link that hops into google maps to navigate to the library."
This would be helpful in providing a more interactive searching experience and will help provide proficiency to power users that would like to contact their library for any inquiries.

Yes, this would be really handy for our consortium as well! Plus, staff frequently will call another member library to confirm availability or ask them to pull the item aside for a patron who is on their way to that location. Ideas like this help make this information more readily available to those working at public desks. Thanks!
