Make the Log In pop-up "Sticky"

The Log In pop up disappears if the mouse is ever-so-slightly off the tab, and keeps closing. This can be frustrating. Can this be "sticky" once clicked, so it doesn't disappear while patrons are typing?

    Hello! Can I ask why items are being closed "with no recent activity"? I believe folks are waiting to see if these items can be addressed by Innovative.
