The Place Hold and Get It buttons will activate when you log in if you clicked it before while logged out, and then dismissed the log in dialog, then later decided to log in for another purpose. This can lead to eItems getting checked out automatically when you decided not to check it out. The hold dialog showing might also be confusing to those who are logging in but did not expect to place a hold at that time. Steps to reproduce: While logged out, search catalog for "mummies". Select the tab for an electronic item in the list that has available copies. Click "Get It". Close the log in dialog. Scroll through the list (but stay on the same page). Click "Log In". Log into an account. Result: Item previously clicked Get It for is checked out to the account, even if you may have changed your mind.
