Reporting Needs
Add layout and booking type to exported reports (booking search + view statistics). -
Layout, Booking Type, and Event Note have been added to the exported report from the Booking Search tab.

From 'Room Bookings', run a 'Booking search' with your criteria. When you download the search results, there are columns with the layout and booking type.

I need to record attendance without any hassle at all. Ideally I want to send an auto email or text to the organizer just asking how many people and how it went, and have them respond and those categories get filled in automagically.

From a statistics-gathering perspective, I’d also be interested in seeing where people who attend events are coming from, what their age is, etc

There’s a download for the overview, can you download for location and other elements?

Can we have analytics around the QR code that’s scanned for an event? I don’t believe we can do this today but customer says QR codes can offer these types of stats so wonder if Solus can harvest those

Internal categories that are visible only to staff to report program statistics to other organizations. These are different than the public-facing categories

Our Director currently pulls stats for meeting room usage and looks at utilization during the day and the evening to give us a more granular look at usage during various times of the day. Days of the week might be fun as well in chart view.

Export of the layouts selected for event and room bookings. This would go to the staff members responsible for room set up.

Reporting improvements:
1. Add patron comments (from a rating) to the downloaded Stats report
2. From the stats page, ratings/comments should be sortable by date or title after clicking the Rating & Feedback button
3. Add the ratings/comments to the event page where attendance is added -
When exporting the report, multiple categories should be in separate cells for easier filtering and manipulation
