We recently migrated to III's app and we've seen this comment come in from a few of our members: it does seem like a mobile app would be an ideal way to access these lists.

This is the most common comment we get on our app. Patrons have meticulously made lists in Vega and do not want to start over. Our app usage would increase exponentially if we could market the app as an easy way to manage lists.

The management of multiple lists despite a singular account is not only a major disruption into our migration efforts but has been an issue for the level of customer service our patrons not only expect but deserve. We would love to be able to finally offer this to our community.

Patrons have been dealing with multiple lists since we developed the mobile app we use with our current ILS. Integrating the lists between Vaga and Innovative Mobile along with the migration to Polaris definitely demonstrates to our patron's that we not only listen to their feedback, but we act on it as well. Heroes all around!

We desperately need Vega Lists to integrate with Innovative Mobile lists. This is a huge customer service issue for our patrons. Having them as separate entities is extremely confusing. We go live with Vega and Mobile on October 31 and are struggling about how to roll out patron lists because of this missing feature.

This has been identified as a missing feature, adding this to Innovative Mobile will improve the user experience.
