Self Check Receipts should disappear off the account over time
The Innovative Mobile app currently holds onto all successful and unsuccessful self checkout attempts as "receipts". The receipts are in the My Account area and can very much add up to being a lot of entries over time. It would be less cluttered and better if the self checkout receipts retained were only kept for 7-14 days and then disappeared off of the account. Ideally, a patron could also delete unsuccessful self checkout attempts off the account right away.

I know this is an older enhancement request, but I want to second that our privacy-conscious patrons would REALLY like the ability to delete those receipts, or to not have them stored at all. Many of our patrons have reading history turned off, and we certainly do not store that information on our end, so it's odd that it's so difficult to get it off the app.

We have also had patrons request the ability to delete receipts. They do not want their reading history stored.

We added a filter option in 2023.1 to help navigate this list and have an enhancement in the backlog to allow individual and bulk delete of receipts.
