Allow patrons to pay their fines in the app
Either include a direct payment method integrated with Comprise or include a link to take them to the PAC where they can pay there.

Smart phone users are used to doing all sorts of (secure) financial transactions via their phone, so this functionality is going to be expected.

Our patrons expect the ability to pay fines in the mobile app, since they are already able to do so in Vega and the Classic WebPAC. We don't use Comprise, would want it to work with PayPal, similar to payments made in WebPAC and Vega.
