Add more default notices
Add more default notice, such as econtent notification, ILL notice, Inactive patron and much more.
Also the ability to copy a notice and edit to make a new notice.

Additional email notice types have been added for both Polaris and Sierra.
An idea for ILL notices can be voted on here.
An idea for expiring cards can be voted on here. This is already on our roadmap and planned for with LX Starter.
Inactive patron engagement is something that is part of the Vega Promote roadmap at this time, and can be voted on here.
If there are other notification types you can think of or would like to see feel free to add those and vote on them so we can guage community interest and priortize.

Please add the notice saying that "Your library card will expire soon."

I would love to have launched LX Starter already, but my director wants us to wait until the additional courtesy notice is ready. Notices being inconsistent (LX vs. Sierra) are just a lot more obvious in the case of the courtesy notices, which go out automatically/daily and affect a lot more patrons.
