LX Starter Overdue Bill Notice error displaying Total Amount Owed merge tag
Lx Starter Overdue Billing notice spooled today, however, is still not displaying the “Total Amount Owed” that merge tag is not working correctly out of the box.
An overdue Bill notice will not work for the Library without knowing what patrons owes the Library. Have the Developer correct the error with the merge tag for “Total Amount Owed” in the Overdue Bill Notice not displaying.

Patch available for this issue on Polaris 7.4. Please open a ticket with Support.

A Polaris 7.4 patch is available to fix the total amount owed, but additional work is needed to correct the Processing Charge displaying as empty instead of $0.00.
Please request the patch from Customer Support if you have not already been patched and are on Polaris 7.4. You may reference POL-15900 in your communication with Support.

Which ILS is this for? I am not having this issue with Sierra, our total amount owed works just fine.
