Yes - any additional information would be helpful. I now reference the circulation transaction history table for some of this information, but we only have a limited amount of time to look at this table.

Another benefit mentioned by an IUG member:
This would be great - we often get feedback from customers who are surprised that when they unfreeze holds all of them come right away, even if their queue position was 35 or something.

This would be very helpful - with our current selfcheckout vendor we cannot include a "message block" in our SIP transaction. We would like a way to block customers from the self checkout unit if we need to do so (address check or expired card etc).

We support any enhancements that provide more information to our customers about the status of their holds. This manages expectations. Especially for customers that use lockers (they may need to schedule special visits to that site).
