Adding my support again; we do not have the staff time to go through LX Starter looking for spam notices to manually add notes to accounts. Since LX Starter already does it for bounces, please consider adding this functionality for spam, or any time a user's preference is modified by LX Starter.

Love this idea! We get vague reports from staff of "patrons aren't getting their notices" and when we ask for names of patrons, we can look them up in LX Starter and see a record of them marking it spam. But it would be so much more helpful on the customer service side if the record were automaticallly given this type of note when emailed are marked spam or flagged for abuse.
Edited to add: I third Eric's comment; we're a regional system of 8 branches and a bookmobile, and only myself (Technology Manager) and our Circulation Manager will have access to LX Starter. Cut us out as the middle men, and have that info on the record for front line staff to immediately relay!

I've been going through the "marked as spam" status and manually adding notes to cards (since LX Starter doesn't do this automatically). I would love it if we could sort the activity logs by patron name, barcode, email address, etc. This would save time trying to remember if we've already added this note/know if they had already marked things as spam previously.

We're transitioning from MailChimp to Vega Promote, and currently have an archive/embed on our Newsletter Signup Page. This would be a great feature to have.

We are onboarding with Vega Promote now and I just noticed this didn't seem to be an option. It would be great to change the font! Unless the goal is for whatever page we embed it on to force the CSS?

We can see this by searching for the patron and clicking the sent activity - it at least shows the item overview, though it is not easily downloadable. You can highlight the text or do a screen grab for printing, but I agree - it's not the easiest of workarounds. It also doesn't show the full example of the email that was sent to the patron. See attached example for what the "print preview" looks like when text is highlighted in the "more details" popup.

Interesting - I never noticed that until just now, reading my Hold Pickup notification email. I agree, it would be great if there were more generic icons that corresponded with the actual format of the item. In this case, artwork is available in the catalog, but I'm guessing the Cover Art field is tied to ISBN and not UPC.

Tags, folders, something to keep the images organized would be ideal. Sometimes there will be different versions/sizes of a particular image, and it's not always easy to determine from first glance which one it is.
