    We have a "lucky day" / Bestsellers collection that is not holdable, with a 7 day loan period. It would be fantastic if this workflow existed, to save patron and staff time managing holds.

    I realize the link is most likely formatted this way to enable tracking, but yes - when we first published notices this week, two staff members reported them as phishing attempts with our KnowBe4 Phish Alert Button. So far the LX Starter Activity logs indicate none of the emails have been marked as spam. I'm curious what action the patron may take that would indicate marking as spam, considering how different mailboxes are formatted. But then again, our library just launched a new website a week prior to launching LX Starter, so perhaps patrons think the updated look is part of that process.

    Yes! I came here to add a similar idea related to hard bounce management. Perhaps adding another column to the Notice Activity Logs/Hard bounce report that includes the last staff activity (profile update) related to bouncing. See attached screenshots for examples.
