This enhancement would be very helpful and cut down on errors in the invoicing process. Having a clear way to cancel a duplicate payment before it happens saves a ton of time for staff who would need to fix those errors.

The RFID pad table can be very difficult to navigate with a high number of entries across several libraries, which makes it easy to make mistakes when editing the table. This enhancement would make that workflow a lot easier and cut down on a lot of potential errors.

This would be great for our consortium! We provide training to our member libraries on using this software to update templates and there has been confusion in the past when library staff have assumed (as most people would!) that they should download the most recent release of Jaspersoft. This would save us and them a lot of time figuring out the correct software, and as Jeremy said it's important to stay current with what software is available and compatible.

Many libraries have been exploring alternative options for online payments, like Square or Stripe. It would enhance both the experience of users and staff to integrate more of these services for online payment in terms of convenience. Patrons would surely appreciate the consistency of having the same payment experience both in-building and from home.
