We are brand new, but have already encountered this with illustrated/abridged children's versions of novels. People place holds on Harry Potter or A Tale of Two Cities and get a child's version when they wanted the original novel.

I know patrons can do this now with a Syndetics Unbound account, but it would be nice to not have another hoop to jump through.

Please comment on the following options for a Site Level Showcase Management feature:
What is the Problem we're solving and why?
Vega Consortia Libraries and Multi-Library Organizations would like to be able to manage showcase admin access by site. Site Level Showcase Admin Users should be able to quickly filter available showcases to those created in their Collection Site as well as retain view and use access to all showcases created by librarians in their organization.
Job Stories:
- As a Site Admin, I can assign Showcase Creators and Admins for specific sites, that are limited to creating and editing showcases in a particular site(s).
- As a Site Admin or Content Admin User, I can use the Home Page tools to filter, view, search, and find showcases that were made in the current Collection Site I am editing the Home Page display for.
- As a Site Level Showcase Creator or Admin,…

We would like to be able to control the white space at the top of transit slips. Libraries cannot easily identify items filling a hold because the slips fall out if they tuck them into the item so that line is visible. Even with adding more white space below, the amount of white space on top makes it easy for anything else to pull the slip out of the item and it curls so you cannot see which library it is going to.
Additionally, we would like more control over the hold slip. Many libraries want partial letters of the patron's name and the last 4 of their library card number, but the current options put the library card number in places that are not easy to see.
Finally, many libraries would like to see whether the patron recieves email notices on the hold shelf slip and the patron's phone number. Many libraries call patrons who do not get email notifications, so this would make it easy to set them aside and call them after they have processed holds. I know this part is possible (or mostly possible), but we would like to decide where on the hold shelf slip it goes.
