We've found the Message system an useful way to communicate with specific patrons who were affected by a specific issue. We would like to see this also be visible in Vega Discover.

Our staff and patrons prefer Novelist. Syndetics does not offer the same level of information that our patrons and staff have grown very accustomed to. We are currently refering patrons and staff to our Novelist Plus subscription to find the information that they want and need.
