   We've found the Message system an useful way to communicate with specific patrons who were affected by a specific issue. We would like to see this also be visible in Vega Discover.

    We ended up turning this off, as our Children's librarians adamantly disliked the way it performs. Which is so unfortunate, because initially everyone was so excited about the Reading Levels.
