How do you see this working? Would the prematurely received item move on to the next patron in the queue or somehow be placed in limbo? Would the patron need to manually disable the postponement?

Would absolutely love to see all of the various templates for staff & public viewing produced/edited under the same umbrella.

We'd very much like to be able to export (for example as an Excel file) a filtered list of notice activity. We have a department that handles the maintenance of bounced records that currently receive exports through Mandrill (which this would replace). While messages are applied & the notice preference changes for hard bounces, soft bounces & other scenarios still require some maintenance & a clean export into a file they can work from would make things much easier. Even more so if the export could be scheduled & sent to a specific e-mail address.
