Hi Mike,
Sorry, I should have been more clear. Staff see that the font size in Mobile Worklists can be increased via the device settings & that their changes manifest on the item detail screen, sort/filter options screen, etc. Changes do not seem to render on the title paging & list displays, though.
The attached screenshots are all with my font settings at their largest display possible. I see that I can make them bold & that shows, but they don't seem any larger. Certainly not in comparison with the other screens.

It's unfortunate enough that we can't currently determine our own holiday schedule, but to not even be able to access the site for support issues or data collection is very disappointing.

Would love to see this! We have staff with varying degrees of memory skills &/or password reset paranoia. Giving them the option to update or reset their own password would make things far easier for admin staff.

An option like this seems essential. If reporting on blocks, bounces, & other delivery outcomes is to truly be actionable in LX Starter, we need to have a way to be able to resolve delivery problems that doesn't put any undesirable demands on our patrons.
A batch scan would also greatly help with Mobile Worklists "Item Matcher" searching functionality.
