   You'll be able to schedule a report to be sent to specific staff for equipment. You could schedule reports to be sent multiple times a day.

   We have instances where patrons try to reserve 2 or 3 of our rooms at the same time. We have a small number of available rooms and try to be fair. A general setting to limit room bookings per patron per day would be a big help.
