   We are now receiving reports from libraries that they can't open Excel files from SimplyReports at all. Only two libraries so far, but let's fix this before it gets any worse!

   Might I add that it also shouldn't be case sensitive? (I was told that searching "FIC" isn't the same as searching "fic".)

    I believe the one on the roadmap is called "Remove Persons as a Subject from Contributor Suggestions" and only addresses the showcase suggestions but does NOT propose to either a) move 600/610/611 from the Author search index to the Concept search index or b) move 600/610/611 from the Persons facet to the Concepts facet. We would like to see those steps happen as well.

    In Polaris, staff can group holds on different formats together for patrons if, for example, they don't care whether they get the DVD or Blu-ray, or the regular print or large print. This would be great patron service if they could do that themselves.
